The Office has been founded in 2012
by Mr. Yousef I Al Haidari, Attorney-at-law and
legal consultant, for the purpose of providing legal consultancies, representing and
defending before all courts and authorities in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in compliance with the
ethics of law profession as well as the
internationally recognized professional standards.
Mr. Yousef I Al Haidari has a wide experience and
professional background since 2007, a period during
which he worked with leading local and international
advocacy and law firms operating in KSA.
The
Office provides seamless expertise in all main aspects of law whether
relating to branches of commercial law including Regulations for
Companies, Contracts and Agreements, international trade,
intellectual property and trademarks, labor laws, insurance, banking
disputes and civil lawsuits or commercial arbitration.
